Texas Novas are committed to having members of all different backgrounds and mindsets. Our organization was created to give a safe space where all women felt welcomed and valued. Texas Novas also advocates for diversity and inclusion on campus.

Service
What all Novas have in common is a heart for helping others. We are committed to giving back to the Austin and UT community. We understand that our members have vast interests in the issues they want to tackle and hope to bring awareness to problems that might not be well known.
Friendship
Texas Novas provides a support group for women on campus. We strive to make meaningful connections that will last beyond the four years at UT. The best college experience is being surrounded by people who uplift and bring out the best in you.

Texas Novas are students first and foremost. We are passionate about academic and professional pursuits. Texas Novas strives to encourage our members to share what sets their souls on fire and follow their dreams, as cheesy as it sounds..
Spirit
We encompass spirit by supporting our fellow Longhorns. Whether that be attending games or acapella shows, Texas Novas aspires to show up for UT students. We also take pride in our organization and what it means to “be a light.”
